We seek a highly motivated Shipping Coordinator passionate about providing professional customer support and problem-solving. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will administer and manage customer service and orders, provide logistical support with truck shipping schedules, and liaise with the plant, operations team, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.

- Ability to make decisions within the delegation of responsibility
- Bachelor s Degree preferred.
Your responsibilities as the Shipping Coordinator will include:
- Safety Leadership: Promotes "zero unsafe behaviors" and emphasizes safety as the top priority
- Coordination of Shipments: Coordinates shipping to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Logistics Planning: Maintain logistics tasks and communicate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth shipments
- Tracking Shipments: Scans orders, tracks shipments across multiple channels, and monitors trucking movement processes
- Dispatching: Manages dispatching of trucking, both internal and third-party, for outgoing sales orders and incoming purchase orders, including creating truck shipping schedules
- Customer Communication: Maintains a positive attitude towards customers, communicates promptly with them through various channels, and keeps records of interactions
- Operational Support: Supports maintenance of logistics policies, approves timesheets related to deliveries, and communicates daily with the Logistics and Customer Care Coordinator Team
