Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Wood Lake, MN. From: 02/15/2024 to 12/15/2024 Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon.-Sat. 8 hrs./day All work performed in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. JOB DUTIES: Drive and operate the following equipment: 13-speed Peterbilt semi truck with 48' trailer, large tractor pulling 50' field cultivator, skid steer loader, clean and detail equipment; perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment; assist with other farm duties as needed. Crops: Corn, Soybeans. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) months experience in Ag production and operation of equipment listed; basic math skills; mechanical ability; strong ability to speak, read and write English; valid Driver's License (Class D); CDL preferred; no minimum education required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Required tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
