**Job Description**

* **Job Title:** Customer Service Advisor

* **Job Type:** Permanent

* **Hours:** 25-30 per week

* **Job Location:** Ivanhoe Parkway, Ashby-de-la-Zouch

* **Salary:** 20,000 (pro-rata to part time hours)

As a customer Service Advisor, you will be the initial point of contact with the Client for all queries related to their service. You will efficiently and effectively manage incoming calls and emails from clients and provide administration support to the Account Management and Technical Team in terms of report writing, building presentations, collation of data and responses for clients.

**Key Accountabilities:**

* To liaise with Operations to ensure delivery of the client requests within the required deadline

* To build and maintain excellent internal and external client relationships

* Ensure that all client requests are dealt with and responded to in a timely manner

* Maintain confidentiality at all times.

* To work as part of a team providing a high level of professional service to our clients.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in:

* Good customer service understanding

* Excellent spoken and written communication skills

* A responsible attitude as well as understanding the importance of building strong relationships

* Face to face and written client communications or customer service experience.

* Experience of a laboratory environment - (preferred but not essential)

* Food business operational experience - (preferred but not essential)
