* Support process and technology development for viral vector manufacturing platforms utilizing suspension cell culture, purification, and single-use systems.

* Design, plan, execute, and analyze lab experiments using statistical design of experiment (DoE) principles

* Maintain proper documentation of experimental results using an electronic lab notebook

* Familiarity with upstream process development equipment and techniques (e.g., bioreactors, normal flow filtration, UF/DF, etc.) and/or familiarity with modern chromatographic techniques (e.g., affinity, ion-exchange, multimodal, membranes, monoliths, etc.)

* Strong scientific principles and engineering fundamentals, inclined to pro-actively solve problems

* Demonstrated ability to work in teams

* Comfortable managing multiple workstreams - independently setting priorities, resolving issues, and making recommendations

* Experience with statistical software (e.g., JMP, R, Minitab, etc.) for the design and analysis of experiments (DoE)

* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through oral presentation and technical writing

* Passion and drive for continuous learning and transforming the lives of patients
