Seeking a Vascular Technologist to lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in vascular diagnostic services.
- Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
- Serve as a technical or functional resource and perform similar duties with staff.
- Assign, monitor and review progress of work.
- Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures.
- Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates.
- May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.
Requirements/Preferences:
- One or more of the following required:
-Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) also accepted.
-Sonography Tech specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
-Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).State Radiology Technologist licensure issued by Maryland Board of Physicians required.
- Associate's Degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Certification, preferred.
- 5 years vascular sonography experience, preferred.
- Managerial or supervisory experience, preferred.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30PM. No nights, holiday, weekend, or on-call requirements!
