Penta Search Group has been engaged by one of our Global Consumer Goods clients to identify a Manufacturing Supervisor for their facility in West Palm Beach, FL
Leading a team of 25, you will:
- Ensure a quality product is produced safely, in time and within budget
- Identify production challenges and find solutions to prevent reoccurrence
- Serve as a link between associates and management and support associates through changes.
- Assist in developing and monitoring standardized work for direct report
- Hold daily cell meeting and set expectations for the day
You'll have:
- 3-5 years related experience in a Lean manufacturing environment in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and oral communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to inspire and motivate associates.
- Possess or able to learn Lean manufacturing techniques.
