** Warehouse Worker**
** Operations, On-site Full-time Hourly Hayward, CA**
**Job Description**
We are looking to hire a warehouse worker to manage our warehouse, sort and process, consolidate products, work on shipping and receiving, and work with our drivers and technicians to keep the operation running smoothly.
**Responsibilities**
Refurbish computers and laptops
Refurbish servers, and networking equipment
Secure data destruction of hard drives and mobile devices
Meet or exceed monthly goals
Ensure a safe and secure working environment
Document and label both incoming and outgoing materials using internal software
Inventory products at designated area, organize, and maintain shelf life
Manage and organize workstation, equipment, staging area and parts area
Research on product value
Handle goods and equipment properly to avoid damage or breakage
Maintain clean and safe housekeeping in and around warehouse
Assist in job training to new staff, participants, volunteers, and clients
Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
AS degree or 2 years of related jobs experiences
Ability to identify the type and value of all electronics
Knowledge of all computer components, and enterprise level electronics
Experience with Microsoft Windows, and Apple Mac OS
Basic knowledge of inventory system
Excellent teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
**Experience**
Minimum of 2 years Desktop Support experience
Server and Networking equipment experience a plus
Basic Knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting
Mobile device support including iPhone and Android
Technical (Microsoft, A+, N+ Certifications a plus)
