Summary:
Works directly with system analysts and programmers to write and edit program and system documentation, user manuals, training courses, and procedures. Conducts research about product by interviewing subject matter experts, reviewing existing documentation, and using the application. Authors end-user documentation. Edits documentation projects, including copy, pre-press and accuracy editing. Follows through on documentation project to completion, including client signoff, production and archival. Having 3-6 years experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical documentation & communicate strategy, processes & technical releases
- Develop content to explain new technologies/processes, helping to implement solutions that improve how information is delivered to stakeholders
- Process engineering, re-engineering
- Develop communication strategy for team
- Develop process to maintain documentation hub (new releases, reviews, periodic refresh)
Requirements: - Technical acumen including the ability to understand and articulate technical topics
- Ability to take technical content and processes and develop it into consumable documentation and communications
- Organized, adaptable, self-directed. Assumes accountability.
- Up to date on the latest tools (SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Office 365 applications including MS Teams)
- Excellent collaboration skills including the ability to partner with key stakeholders and cross functional teams
Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
