Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to clients in an assisted living in accordance with the established plan of care and agency policies and procedures, under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse.
* *Full Time and Per Diem positions available*
* *\*\*10 Hour Shifts: 7am-5:30pm*
* *Flexible schedule*
* *Paid Training 1:1 staff training*

* Graduate of an approved LPN Program

* Current New York State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
* Must be able to manage the care of patients as ordered by the physician
* Must be pro active and take initiative when dealing with the patients
* Must provide quality and timely documentation after providing care
* One to two years experience in the provision of nursing care in an acute care facility, preferred. 1 year of home care experience desired
* Good organizational skills
* Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
* *MUST BE A TEAMPLAYER *

Full Time: must work every other weekend

Job Types: Full-time, Per diem

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
