Job Summary
My Financing USA is seeking a Loan Officer that is continually prepared to make a difference in the lives of customers looking to finance a recreational product. A Loan Officer is responsible for discussing client s needs, recommending the best loan products, helping customers put together a complete loan package and working with the underwriting team throughout the loan process. The ideal candidate has experience in managing loans and sales and thrives in an exciting, challenging, and fast-paced work environment. This is a base salary plus sales commission position
Roles and Responsibilities
- Helps customers by answering questions and responding to requests.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping loan information confidential.
- Uses state of the art technology to manage loan pipeline and conduct credit and underwriting analysis.
- Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right loan products to help meet their goal
- Maintains an active knowledge base of all organization s loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant
- Prepares and submits timely and accurate loan files.
- Evaluates loan applications and documentation, then informs applicants of additional requirements.
- Schedules and tracks closing dates, contingency dates, and loan rate expirations.
- Completes loan closing by explaining provisions to applicants; obtaining signatures and notarizations, and collecting fees.
