**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:**

This is a full-time position which is responsible for prepping, sanding, and painting Dejana trucks and vans.

* Prime, paint, and touchup vehicles with power spray equipment and brushes

* Mix all types of paints for proper color, formula, conditions, viscosity and consistency

* Perform titrations and mix or adjust chemicals as necessary in paint, or other processes

* Sand, wash, and condition parts as necessary. Light bodywork may be required

* Inspect product before, during, after paint process to ensure specifications are being met.

**WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:**

* High School graduate at a minimum

* 1-3 years experience in the painting of automotive or heavy vehicle/equipment in a manufacturing, industrial, or automotive body shop

* Good vision, aptitude for matching colors, mathematical skills, good manual dexterity, basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to do precision work

* Ability to follow oral and written instructions; detail oriented and organized; self-motivated and able to meet manufacturing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Must be able to operate hand tools and power tools
