**Description**
Our ideal candidate will be cooperative and collaborative, energetic and upbeat, self-motivated and disciplined. He/she will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, pots and pans, utensils, etc. via both machine-assisted and manual washing methods. He/she will also ensure that all relevant machines are in proper working order and that the operation is stocked with necessary chemicals. He/she will ensure that glassware, tableware, plates, etc. are stocked appropriately for colleagues use. He/she will assist in cleaning kitchen areas.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Be timely and dependable.
* Ensure that cleanliness and sanitation standards are met for glassware, tableware, smallwares, utensils, etc.
* Maintain a scrupulously clean, appropriately-stocked, mechanically well-maintained workspace.
* Support BOH staff in their duties.
* Assist in preserving a safe and secure work environment.
* Follow all safety requirements and training with the dish machine.
* Consistently meet all best practice standards set in employee handbook and during training.
