**What you will do**As the **Branch Manager**, you will be the subject matter expert for this market, leading a diverse team and managing installation projects. You will be the "face" of our company and the key contributor to grooming your employees to make the market a success. Providing ongoing counsel to team members that have questions or need guidance on overcoming escalations and overdue Projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled, experienced, passionate about their craft, motivated and willing to learn. We are looking for a dependable person who will maintain a high level of business ethics, professionalism and excellent communication between their Empire co-workers, customers, and management.

Your main responsibilities include:

* Creating performance metrics and goals for your team, communicating them clearly and supporting execution

* Evaluating employee performance and providing regular feedback and coaching

* Performing daily audits of client accounts and projects, ensuring accuracy and identifying any issues that need resolution

* Training your team on new procedures and processes, ensuring timely and accurate implementation

* Resolving account escalations quickly with a high-quality solution and excellent customer service for our clients

* Making recommendations to reduce cycle times, improve customer experience, and simplify processes, using your previous experience and additional research

* Managing customer account and opportunity information in our CRM

* Finding creative ways to move jobs across the finish line, offering support and encouragement to your team

* Ensuring your team is following best practices that are in line with Empires mission and vision

* Building useful, informative reports to present to the leadership team regarding the status of jobs in your market

* Leading pipelines and communicating with Empires partners

* Actively following up with clients and handling VIP accounts when necessary

**A little bit about you**You are looking for a role where you can work both independently and as a member of the branch and can grow in your career. Youre detail-oriented and take pride in your work. Youre comfortable taking on additional responsibilities as needed. You want to work as part of a knowledgeable, experienced team that will teach you the basics of solar installation and support your growth and learning. Youre ready to use your construction background to help us become the number one solar company in the United States.

You also:

* Have 2+ years of experience in a leadership/management role

* Have 1+ year solar experience preferred

* Are able to lead and manage a team of 10-20 individuals

* Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills

* Maintain excellent customer service skills

* Have 1+ experience working in CRM

* Are able to manage deadlines and complete departmental objectives

* Have a strong attention to detail

* Are a motivated team player, looking to succeed
