**Salary: ********18,500 - ********19,000**

Monday to Friday, NO Weekend or Bank Holidays!

As part of the Record Management team, youll be working in a secure storage environment picking orders, storing documents, and preparing boxes for delivery or collection. Joining a friendly and supportive team in a warehouse. if you have experience, youll be well placed to hit the ground running, however, previous experience is not needed as youll receive full training.

In this role you will carry out safe and careful physical and mechanical handling of clients records and provide a high standard of storage and retrieval services

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Working in a warehouse picking orders

* Retrieving boxes of files or documents for customers

* Scanning and recording files for delivery

* Working in a team

* Loading boxes for delivery

* Unloading boxes of files and preparing for storage

**ABOUT YOU**

* Experience working in a warehouse or picking and preparing orders

* Enjoy working in a team

* Physically fit as role requires lots of lifting and moving boxes

* Happy to follow process

* Comfortable being on your feet for the majority of your shift, alongside working at heights

* Can be confidential and discreet

We store and manage over 22 million items including archive boxes of document files, film and computer tape across a variety of secure storage facilities nationwide. Including cold war Air Force shelters for some of our heritage pieces we store on behalf of the leading museums.

Our customers depend on us to manage their historical archives, and our team is proud to support them with their document management needs. From museums to the NHS, from the Ministry of Defence to Legal firms.
