The Aftermarket Assistant Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding salvage and recycling revenue goals. The Aftermarket Assistant Manager is responsible for executing the product fulfillment of salvage sales, inventory control of various aftermarket product and for meeting the agency's environmental goal by increasing diversion to landfill through vendor sourcing, hazmat containment and disposition, conducting training to warehouse, retail and donations staff and developing external partnerships. Collaboration with other departments and developing various recycling training programs are important functions of this job. The Aftermarket Assistant Manager provides immediate supervision to Supervisors, Material Handlers and Wholesale/Outlet and partners closely with the Aftermarket Manager to achieve cross functionality to meet daily business needs. This role is responsible for understanding and improving operational key performance indicators that include the following stakeholders: Operations, Aftermarket, Donations, Retail, and E-Commerce. Collaboration with other departments and developing holistic approach to creating operational efficiencies, generating revenue and/or reducing expenses. What We Offer:
