This is a Customer Experience Expert role that will report into a Digital Marketing Manager. This role owns the development and execution of customer experience management to meet evolving customer needs aligned to business priorities as well as partner with other members within the Digital Marketing team, as well as Tech to introduce innovations (i.e. tools or services) to value-add to customer engagements.

?Leading the planning and execution of digital innovations within each brand in close collaboration with cross functional stakeholders wherever applicable to achieve the set objectives

?Develops and executes successful customer experience plans for the brand and ensures that local marketing efforts (product positioning, promotional/key messages, brand building tactics) align with customer insights and the strategic goals of brand in GSK Japan

?Determine and use measurable analytics to define successes or areas for improvements across channels and recommend performance improvements.

?Deliver brand SOV goal across all platforms while ensuring to outperform the markets and drive mitigation plan if needed

?Partner with Tech and Marketing to improve existing promotion tools and identify new ones

?Partner strongly with Commercial Data Analytics team members to use data to drive user experience optimizations

A strong communication skill and collaboration mindset across the organization are required to be successful at this role.

?? Experience

?3 - 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience

??/??/??? Education/certification/Language

?Bachelors (Preferably in Business or Marketing)

?Business Japanese and Conversational English proficiency

**??????** **Preferred Qualification**

?Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical environment

?Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare industry experience not required but will be a bonus

?Customer experience management experience in other industries welcomed
