Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (No geographical restrictions)
Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 monthly fixed (based on current CTC) + Generous Performance-Based Pay (No cap)

GoodClicks is an affiliate marketing company established in US. We are currently looking for a proactive and driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us expand our affiliate marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire affiliate marketing clients directly on best negotiated rates and terms.
- Acquire publishers for delivery of affiliate marketing campaigns acquired by you.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure quality standards.
- Provide regular updates to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 5+ years in affiliate marketing, with a strong track record of acquiring clients and publishers.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term partnership development.
- Ability to monitor and analyze campaign performance, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clear and concise updates to clients.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in affiliate marketing.
