JOB SUMMARY
As an Interfaces and Conversion Project Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration and migration of data between systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and end-users, you will lead interfaces and data conversion projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing project plans for interfaces and conversion projects.
- Coordinating interface requirements gathering, mapping, and testing processes.
- Managing data extraction, transformation, and loading activities for conversion projects.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely project delivery.
- Providing regular updates and reports on project status to management.
- Ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Contributing to process improvements and best practices in interfaces and conversion project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in project management, with a focus on interfaces and data conversion projects.
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and technologies.
- Experience with interface development tools and data conversion methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
