Job Type: Full-time, with onsite client visits 1-2 days a week

Job Description:


As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be a key liaison between our clients and our technical teams. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and technical requirements. You will play a crucial role in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by contributing to various stages from requirement gathering to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).


Key Responsibilities:


1. Requirements Gathering:

- Conduct onsite client meetings to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand business processes and needs.

- Document and validate requirements with clients to ensure alignment with business objectives.


2. Documentation:

- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.

- Maintain clear and concise documentation throughout the project lifecycle.


3. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

- Design and execute UAT test cases based on requirements.

- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure requirements are met.

- Manage feedback and modifications during the UAT phase.


4. Use Case Development:

- Create detailed use cases and scenarios to guide development.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure understanding and accurate implementation of requirements.


5. Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and manage expectations.


6. Project Management:

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking.

- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Experience in creating BRDs, functional specifications
