We have partnered with a large healthcare organization in Nashville looking to build out their Physician Services team. The Senior Counsel will act as a generalist within the organization supporting the corporate function, hospital operations, and physician support teams. You will work with senior business leaders and stakeholders in order to drive the business forward.
The Senior Counsel will advise on healthcare regulations and focus on drafting healthcare contracts, including physician agreements, hospital agreements, and vendor contracts.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience within healthcare, ideally physician services.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statue, and False Claims Act.
- Experience with physician and hospital contracts.
- ONSITE IN NASHVILLE. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED
- Admission to Tennessee State Bar.
