Business Development Manager


Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with the business team to conduct product demonstrations, facilitate client project signings, and ensure successful implementation.
  2. Work closely with the research and development team to provide industry insights, and assist the team in understanding the local market;
  3. Spearhead the localization of product materials, establish connections with local manufacturers, and consistently enrich the manufacturer directory within products.
  4. Responsible for interfacing with local ecosystem partners, including pre-research, POC sampling, documentation, and composing success case studies.

Requirements:

  1. Possess over 5 years of experience in the North American kitchen and bath industry, including:
  • Experience in solution provision and pre-sales with software such as 2020/prokitchen
  • Previous employment with North American kitchen and bath manufacturers, dealers, or retail outlets (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe's)
  • Experience working with industry associations such as NKBA and KBB
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience using 2020/prokitchen software; additional points for experience in database construction or IT system integration.
  2. Fluent in both Chinese and English.
  3. Based in the United States or able to frequently travel to the United States.
