With offices in Las Vegas, Michigan, and Los Angeles, they are at the forefront of addressing complex labor disputes and employment issues. They are committed to excellence, integrity, and the pursuit of justice, and are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team.


Position Summary: As an Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse caseload related to employment and labor law matters. This includes providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. We value proactive, detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about labor rights and have a strong desire to make a positive impact in the workplace.


Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in employment and labor law cases, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and labor relations.
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice and consultations to clients regarding their rights and obligations.
  • Prepare and manage case files from consultation through resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and staff to ensure the highest level of client service.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in Nevada, Michigan, or California, respective to the location of application, and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in employment and labor law (for Michigan and Las Vegas positions). Entry-level candidates are welcome for the Los Angeles position.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal ethics and professionalism.
