Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Health Law/Healthcare Business Attorney at the Florida Healthcare Law Firm. We are in search of a straight-shooting, excellent lawyer with experience representing healthcare clients. We are a collection of people who love our clients and what we do. We value personal autonomy, working with good human beings and clients, and having the practice of law be an expression of being a compassionate, curious and ethical person who really likes to help others. We require candidates with heavy health law experience. Candidates should have at least five years experience with handling healthcare law matters in the context of corporate and transactional undertakings. Candidates should be licensed to practice in Florida (other states are a plus). The attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating contracts, and handling various aspects of healthcare law. They will specialize in corporate and transactional undertakings within the healthcare industry, offering guidance and support to clients in their day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in corporate law, business law, healthcare law and regulatory legal compliance
- Experience with the private practice of providing legal advice and servicing a high end clientele
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
