Our client is seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies for our client's esteemed roster of brands. From strategy formulation to ongoing optimization and reporting, this role demands a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement paid media strategies across various platforms including Google Ads, Yahoo, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and more.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, refine audience targeting, and craft compelling ad copy to optimize campaign performance.
  • Leverage Google Analytics to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Utilize web design skills and HTML knowledge to make necessary optimizations to landing pages and enhance user experience.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely, adjusting bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and ad placements to maximize ROI.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between paid media efforts and overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEM/SEO and paid media management.
  • Must have proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Performance Max, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate data and create pivot tables.
  • Previous agency experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details:

  • Full- time, Hybrid Position
  • Compensation range starts at $55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
