Territory Sales Manager
Job Details
Responsibilities
Maximize sales coverage in the Territory
Understand landscape of existing customers, potential customers, and sales organizations operating in the Territory
Fill sales gaps in potential, currently empty geography within the Territory that meet our criteria
Prioritize HVAC Distributors that offer the highest opportunity to significantly grow IAQ
Develop relationships with Senior Sales Management at target Regional Distributors
Call on existing customers, potential customers, and organizations to support products, services and sales
Conduct product/sales training for Distributors and Contractors
Develop and implement Action Plans with targeted distributors
Identify Target HVAC Contractors in Territory
Make joint or independent sales calls on target HVAC Contractors
Present Business Proposition and Secure Participation
Support the Contractor's Business Development
Build network of Certified HVAC Contractors in the Territory
