Accommodations Forest Falls, California Minimum Experience **Manager/Supervisor** Compensation **DOE** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist, in directing and ensuring all projects , assign ments and tasks are accomplished and completed . Participates in quality assurance inspections of all of Forest Home to ensure the highest possible experience for our guests. Follows all safety standards relating to work responsibilities, and is a support to manager, supervisors, and staff . Assist and help Manager d evelop reports , assignments & tasks for Supervisor s and staff based upon departmental needs . Provides information to the Manager and Supervisors about conferences, camps and other events that impact on A ccommodation s and our guest s experience. Performs other tasks/duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Strong housekeeping experience, with demonstrated leadership skills. Knowledgeable about housekeeping standards, safety standards, and proper chemical use . QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Excellent people service skills, with the ability to provide service and streamline processes without compromising the integrity of the department or Forest Home and its policies and procedures. Accomplish assigned projects utilizing highly developed communication (written and verbal), project management, and time management and collaboration skills. Demonstrate the ability to perform high quality, detailed work. Ability to maintain confidentiality with handling sensitive information. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position interacts and assists the manager with work ing with the Housekeeping Supervisors and the staff in ensuring all departmental need s are exceeded. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and requires sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate office machines. Requires mild physical work; some lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects ove r 20 pounds. Requires visual acuity to read words and numbers and speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person or over the phone.
