COMMUNITY ASSISTANT

CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Non-Exempt

COMPENSATION: $18 Per hour

SUMMARY: Redstone Residential seeks a Community Assistant who is creative, adaptive, outgoing, and hardworking. This position requires the ability to deliver high-quality customer service and dedication to our residents. Community Assistants (CAs) must possess the skills to cooperate and collaborate as a team. Teamwork is an essential characteristic of community building.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Included but not limited to)

  • Help residents with daily needs
  • Assist other team members with projects and tasks
  • Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
  • Reclass and Accruals
  • Delinquency
  • Month End Processes
  • Keep in communication with residents and team members
  • Abide by company policies and procedures
  • Administrative tasks and duties
  • Give property tours to prospective residents
  • Attend meetings and required events
  • Assist with on-campus housing fairs and other related marketing events
  • Participate in training as required


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer, Google Apps knowledge, Excel, Microsoft Word, Share Point, OneDrive
  • Ability to embody the Redstone Culture and Redstone's Core Values every day
