The Key Responsibilies for a successful Property Manager are:
* Manage vendor relationships
* Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly property status reports
* Conduct market reviews and comparables
* Manaing relationships with other property managers and maintenance personnel
* Conduct regular property walkthrough
*Profile*
A successful Property Manager will have:
* Proven experience as a property manager or similar role
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop multiple community teams
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Initiative to take on tasks, follow directions, and anticipate potential issues
