32-year-old recruiting firm exclusively in the medical device, medical technology, and biologics markets. Candidates we work with are at the Manager, Director, VP, and C level in sales, marketing, and engineering verticals.

We are seeking recruiters to join our team in East Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a great opportunity to join a tenured, professional, and successful recruiting agency. This would be a full cycle recruitment position that would have responsibility for building relationships with hiring companies and potential candidates.
Someone who will be successful in our office will have the desire and drive to succeed in a fun but competitive business environment. There are opportunities for career advancement.
You will have complete access to our proprietary candidate and company database. We will provide in house training and mentoring but also invest in training as well as education from industry leading trainers.
Preferred Requirements:
-Previous experience working as a full desk or full cycle recruiter or 2-3 years of successful inside or outside sales experience.
-Excellent written, and verbal communication skills as well as strong computer skills.

We will customize the compensation based on the needs and experience of the individual. This position could offer a base salary or draw and uncapped earning potential through commissions.
