As a Bartender you will:
- Welcome guests like old friends.
- Stay fully informed of beverage and menu offerings.
- Provide that perfect pour.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Handle transactions to ensure all charges are accurate.
- Call the shots and know when to wrap up the party.
To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. These values are essential to our success, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment.Qualifications- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Six months to a year related experience and/or training.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ABC Certification required within 30 days of Hire, must be maintained on a current/valid status.
- Must successfully attend Company Mandatory Training programs.
- Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods as well as lift up to 50 lbs.
