Job Description
Our client is looking for a couple of Maintenance Technicians in the Thousand Oaks area for some multifamily properties. These buildings are garden-style properties ranging from 100 to 300 units.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:
- Property renovations.
- Maintenance plans.
- Plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs.
- Experience with HVAC, carpentry, dry wall, painting, etc.
- Property inspections.
- Responding to tenant requests/concerns.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in property maintenance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work weekends and be on call.
- HVAC/EPA Certification (preferred).
