On Point Construction Management is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for commercial construction projects. On Point Construction Management is a growing commercial construction company that serves all of Nebraska, Colorado, Arizona, and surrounding states. Relevant construction project management experience is REQUIRED. Candidates must be highly organized and detail oriented. Unwavering integrity and honesty is a must. Candidates must be outstanding communicators. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and the ability to learn and adopt specific project management software is required. Experience with Procore Project Management software and CAD/ BIM is desired, but not a requirement. Must be very capable of learning and integrating new software as On Point is a technology heavy construction company.
Compensation is based on skills, education, team fit, and experience. Project Specific bonuses are provided and could amount to and addition 10% of base salary. Starting salary range is the bottom base. Qualified candidates will receive highly competitive compensation offers. IRA matching is provided. Health insurance premium stipend, life insurance, wellness allowance, cell phone reimbursement, family leave, sick time, and 100 hours of paid time off, and paid holidays are included. A company vehicle is provided for travel to job sites. Occasional overnight travel may be required (approximately 3-4 nights/ month). All new hires must complete a 3 month probationary period.
