VPZ is a family run business with our head office in Edinburgh. In 8 years, we have grown from just 1 store in Leith to over 150 stores across the whole of the UK and were not stopping there. Our rapid growth has also seen VPZ be listed in the "Virgin fast-track 100 - fastest growing Businesses" consecutively in 2018 and 2019
We are looking to expand our team, and hire an ECS with key-holder responsibilities to join our store
Ideally, you will have previous retail, vaping and face-to-face customer service experience, and will display high levels of customer service.
**Key Responsibilities will include:**
* Deliver great face-to-face customer service
* Ensure stock levels are maintained and monitored
* Motivate, mentor, and develop your team
* Develop branch sales
* Drive in-store business
* Utilise your good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office, emails and electronic tills

Started in 2012 when the owners, who had a desire to stop smoking, tried various ways to switch from cigarettes and found that vaping was the only thing that helped them kick the habit!
Stopping smoking, especially on your own, is no easy feat and this is where the story of VPZ began.
One thing that hit home for the owners when making the switch to vaping was the poor customer experience, lack of availability and lack of choice when maintaining their supply of liquids and coils. Fuelled with the desire to help more people kick the habit by making the switch to vaping and armed with the knowledge that in 2012 there were approximately 12.4 million smokers in the UK, they decided to open their first-ever VPZ store in Leith, Edinburgh.
9 Years later VPZ now has over 150 Stores across the UK, with more store openings on the way. We are forever growing and would love you to be part of a wonderful and ever-expanding team.
