**Required Work Hours are:**

**Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm**

**occasional Saturday - 8:00 am - 12:00 pm**

**Skill Level:**

* Maintain the overall quality and performance standards set forth by GSM Services and its leadership team to provide Comfort & Peace of Mind to our customers and co-workers

* Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls

* Make outbound follow up calls for service and sales as needed

* Schedule appointments for service and sales

* Take and relay phone messages

* Provide information to customers

* Greet guest entering the organization

* Direct customers and co-workers to correct destination

* Deal with queries from our customers and co-workers

* Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization

* Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness

* Provide general administrative and clerical support

* Prepare correspondence and documents

* Receive and sort mail and deliveries

* Make 3 month happy calls

* Make Residential Service confirmation calls

* Confirm appointments for all divisions as needed

* Perform other duties as assigned

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external teams and customers

* Good computer skills, knowledge of common office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

* Good interpersonal skills

* Possess the ability to reach and write English to a High School Level
