Position Overview: We re looking to add a member to our Corporate Development & Strategy team who s excited by the opportunity to join a small, fast-moving company seeking to set a new standard for the treatment of chronic skin diseases. This position will play a critical role in formulating the strategy for the company and our portfolio of potentially best-in-class antibodies. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in corporate and/or pipeline strategy, a track record of delivering high impact insights, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. This person must have a strong desire to roll up their sleeves and contribute in any way possible as we build the company and advance our programs at rapid speed. In addition, they will bring a team-first mentality and a passion for developing paradigm-changing therapies. This role reports to the Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy. The title of the role will depend on the qualifications of the applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive corporate strategy efforts related to our portfolio of novel biologics, including pipeline prioritization, identification of new growth opportunities, and other special projects
  • Support our pipeline programs through development of overall program strategy, contributing to development plans, conducting market analyses, performing competitive intelligence, building financial models, and providing analytical support for key decisions
  • Contribute to business development, investor relations, corporate communications, and other activities as needed
  • Collaborate closely with clinical development, program management, legal, finance, and other functions to support advancement of our programs and company
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership in the creation, refinement, articulation, and execution of our business and program strategy

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in the biopharma industry, which could include management consulting and/or comparable experience
  • Ability to apply a deep scientific and clinical understanding and broad knowledge of drug development to drive the business forward
  • Strategic mindset with a record of delivering high impact insights; ability to dissect information quickly and develop data-backed recommendations for R&D programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prior experience presenting to senior leadership and Board of Directors
  • Collaborative, team-first attitude; adept at working with many different disciplines both inside and outside the company
  • An undaunted attitude, high energy, and a passion for delivering paradigm-changing therapies to patients
  • Undergraduate training in a scientific discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Immunology & Inflammation experience from academia or industry
