OUR WORKPLACE We are a skillednursing facility operating 24/7. Our facility is committed to providing thehighest quality of care and services assuring human dignity and quality of lifefor our residents, their families, and our employees.
RESPONSIBILITIESINCLUDE * Assess daily andlong-term needs of residents
* Medicationadministration and recording according to physician's orders, facility policyand safe nursing practice.
* Treatments anddressings and recording according to physicians' orders, facility policy andsafe nursing practice.
* Completion ofprecise and professional charting PCC according to policy.
* Communication withresidents and responsible parties regarding resident condition, treatment,appointments, etc.
* Communication withpharmacy to assure proper medications for each resident.
* Coordination of allnursing functions of assigned unit/team.
* Hands on care of residentsas needed and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- LPN certification
- BCLS certification
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- IV certified (preferred)
- 1 year long-term care experience (preferred)
