The Production & Content Delivery Manager will help organize and produce educational content for TradeStation clients. This individual will evaluate the existing processes and will help shape the future of delivering high quality and digestible learning content. We are looking for a person who has an eye for production quality and a strong background with content organization. The Production and Content Delivery Manager will have a clear understanding all content that is created within the Education department. The successful candidate will ensure content is organized and produced in a way that is easy to digest for the user, meets quality standards, and encourages a client to further their learning journey. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:
* Organize existing instructional modules and content to support the education growth strategy
* Analyze and develop a plan to improve online learning experiences
* Build content production processes to ensure high quality delivery
* Manage production team members and related tasks
* Identify and support implementation of delivery funnels for evergreen content production
* Provide on-time and predictable delivery with all content projects
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**:
* Experience producing, directing and editing video content
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
* Strong content organizational skills
* An understanding of the stock market, general trading tools, and investing
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Writing and editing skills
* A self-starter with the willingness to jump into new projects
* The ability to lead and mentor a team to work within an organized set of processes
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Arts, Media, Communication or other relevant field preferred
* Experience with video production and instructional design
* Managerial experience - 2-3 years
