Sioux falls Ford Lincoln is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Service Team! As a Guest Attendant you will be an integral part of our process, helping guests as they come in to have their vehicle serviced. You will be keeping vehicle traffic moving efficiently, directing guests on where to go, and ensuring each guest has a world-class experience during their visit.
The Guest Attendant provides exceptional customer service to our Quick Lane customers as they arrive at our facility. The Guest Attendant communicates with the Quick Lane advisors about the needs or concerns the customer has expressed making for a smooth transition and a pleasant visit for the customer. **Starting wage $15.00**
**Responsibilities:**
* Greet the customer
* Write up customer and vehicle information
* Move vehicles to maintain order of repair
* Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly work area
**Job Requirements:**
* Commitment to excellence at all levels of service
* Cheerful and friendly communication skills
* Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
* Clean and neat appearance
* Valid State drivers license and clean driving record
**Physical Demands:**
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Standing / bending / walking no more than 8 hours per work-day.
* Ability to lift no more than 20 lbs at a time.
