At Central State Bank, Customer Service Representatives (CSR) do more than handle money; they establish and nurture relationships with our valued customers by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service while performing efficient and accurate banking transactions.

As a CSR with Central State Bank, you are responsible for the day-to-day delivery of exceptional service to our customers, establishing and retaining customer relationships, opening accounts, and identifying customer needs for bank products and services. You will also work as a team to complete daily tasks, demonstrating respect and professionalism, being prompt, and supporting management with special request as needed.

Requirements

  • Personable and outgoing; able to talk with customers and build rapport and relationships
  • Great attention to detail and providing accurate service
  • Technically savvy; able to use multiple computer systems and ability to adapt to change

Minimum Requirements :
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking required
  • Previous experience in customer service, handling cash and/or general clerical duties
  • Minimum one (1) year prior banking experience
  • Excellent communication skills and personable attitude
  • Ability to use various technical programs and devices; keyboarding,10-key, Microsoft Office Suite
