Description
+ Pull open Sales Orders list daily and prioritize tasks with coordination of the Operations Manager
+ Review SOs for flow down, ensuring paperwork is printed and available for orders (Certificate of Compliance, XXX, XXX, 8130-3)
+ Double check parts for visible damage and contact quality if questionable product for nonconformance.
+ Properly separate and package parts to prevent damage during the picking and transit process to the Shipping area.
+ Coordinate with Sales team on any Aircraft on Ground (AOG) ensuring timely delivery to the Shipping Department.
+ Update ERP inventory by adjusting quantities to reflect parts that were pulled.
+ Ensure proper location of parts by moving and adjusting part locations that are out of place or mis-assigned.
+ Evaluate shelf life requirements prior to sending to Shipping
+ IBT Pulling

+ Review SOs for flow down, ensuring paperwork is printed and available for orders (Certificate of Compliance, 8130-3)
+ Double check parts for visible damage and contact quality if questionable product for nonconformance.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Minimum 4 years of relevant parts pulling or warehousing experience.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Computer literacy with ERP program, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Experience training others.
+ Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
+ Previous experience with extensive knowledge of manufacturing practices and techniques in an aerospace environment.
