About the Position:
We are working with a global Am Law 50 firm that has an immediate need for a commercial litigation lawyer with government investigations experience to join its Chicago office as a mid-level associate.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with partners on commercial litigation matters
Advise clients on compliance, regulatory, and enforcement matters
Required Qualifications:
3 or more years of commercial litigation and government enforcement experience, including deposition and courtroom experience as well as advising companies on compliance, regulatory, and enforcement matters
Knowledge of mass torts, insurance coverage, complex business disputes, and class action defense is preferred
Previous experience with matters before US regulators is preferred
Strong academic credentials
