**Positions:** Customer Service Representative / Customer Service Team Lead / Customer Service Leadership Trainee
**Location:** 3325 Heiser St, Hudson, WI 54016
**Thanks to the success of our recent hiring events, Uline will be hosting another socially distant, in-person interview event for customer service positions.** All interviews will follow CDC and local guidelines.
**Registration is preferred, walk-ins are welcome.**

**Customer Service Representative**
**From $20 to $27 per hour**
**Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements**
* Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
* Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
* Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
* Help customers navigate Uline's website and place orders online.
* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
* Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
* Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
* High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree **preferred.**

**Customer Service Team Lead**
**From $25 to $33 per hour**
**Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements**
* Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives in all areas of performance including metrics and behaviors.
* Audit phone, email and other customer interactions, observing performance, techniques and application of guidelines and procedures.
* Evaluate quality, track results and provide coaching for increased success.
* Provide feedback to management and challenge processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Complete performance reviews and assist with interviewing process for new Customer Service hires.
* Train reps to understand policies, procedures and products.
* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree **preferred.**
* 3+ years customer service experience.
* 2+ years of experience in a leadership / supervisory role **preferred.**
**Customer Service Leadership Trainee**
**From $23 to $28 per hour**
**Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements**
* Manage and lead a team of customer service reps on a daily basis.
* Participate in a rotational training program covering all aspects of customer service management.
* Set goals and provide mentoring / coaching.
* Perform quality monitoring on team members and provide feedback.
* Audit department processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Assist in the recruiting process to fill customer service positions.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Excel at verbal communications, listening, feedback, delegation, fostering teamwork and multi-tasking.
* Strong track record of customer-focused service and attention to detail.
* Prior leadership / management experience is **a plus.**
