LEGAL PRODUCT ANALYST
A prestigious investment management firm is seeking an Analyst to evaluate, monitor, and resolve issues within the legal administration services.
- Prepare regulatory filings for the mutual funds
- Draft and edit disclosure documents for the assigned funds, including prospectuses, content management Proxy information statements, 24f-2s.
- Review fund disclosure documents including shareholder reports
- Compilation of Board and Committee materials
- Support overall compliance program - content management administration, and support to the CCO and Compliance team
2+ years in Mutual Fund Paralegal, legal administration preferred
Knowledge of Mutual fund governance
