Both 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Wednesday through Saturday OR Sunday through Wednesday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Fields all incoming telephone calls and e-mails from customers.
+ Communicate with customers via telephone and e-mail regarding products, order details and order status.
+ Works with Customer Service Agent to notify customers about issues with orders.
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Level of Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.
+ Level of Experience: minimum
+ Type of Experience: automotive
+ Must have Call Center Experience
+ up to 8 week training on the production floor
