Position Summary: Brohn Homes Online Sales Agents (OSA) are expected to set the tone for a customer's experience! They do this by being the first point of contact for customers inquiring about our homes and communities they are interested in. The OSA is responsible for responding to our customers in a timely manner, building a relationship with them, learning about their wants and needs, and ultimately helping them with their home-buying journey. OSA's will provide a seamless handoff to our New Homes Sales Consultants by providing detailed information about our prospective buyers so they can write a purchase agreement. They are also expected to check in with prospective buyers that are not ready to buy a home and create a follow-up plan, by engaging with them throughout their research and homebuying experience. The OSA will be a fundamental part of our Sales and Marketing team and provide key insights into our day-to-day strategies.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • The Online Sales Coordinator is accountable for generating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through the use of Internet-generated leads.
  • Accountable for providing an extraordinary experience for all Internet-generated customer traffic.
  • Effectively capture and convert Internet Customer traffic into viable sales prospects by creating a desire for Internet Customers to visit our Model Homes.
  • Provide immediate or same-day email or telephone response to all Internet Customer requests with a targeted goal of a same-day turnaround for all initial correspondence.
  • Educate customers on current/future community and product offerings and incentives.
  • Follow up with internet customers as outlined by your manager.
  • Develop customer leads into proactive, scheduled appointments.
  • Partner with the on-site New Home Sales Consultants as appropriate to provide an extraordinary experience to our customers throughout the sales process.
  • Effectively manage the Salesforce database which includes interest lists and VIP interest lists.
  • Work in the main office and at Brohn Homes communities.
  • Attend all Company Sales Meetings.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required, 2- or 4-year college degree preferred
  • Previous sales and/or telephone sales experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to self-manage activities and responsibilities of the role
  • Advanced computer skills will be needed including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
  • Homebuilding industry, Escrow and mortgage financing knowledge a plus


Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment: This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, fax machines, and phones.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, exempt position. Under the Regulations, Part 541, an exempt employee is one who is not entitled to the minimum wage or overtime pay protections of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings and weekends as needed to complete job responsibilities.
