Place of Employment:
Client's home, work outside of the client's home and other work sites as required by LoveBird HQ.
Accountable to LoveBird HQ's Director, Administrator, Manager.

A Day in the Life as a Alternate Administrator
Ensure that policies and procedures meet federal,state, and accrediting organization
Responsible for the financial solvency, planning and overall administration of the
organization
Develops strategic and short-term plans for organizational development
Evaluate,Monitored, Supervise and Educate nursing, other staff to achieve mission goals
of Agency
Human Resources-Hiring and Credentialing of staff
Payroll
Ensuring that appropriate care is being provided according to all IDPH and CMS
requirements
DDE (Direct claim entry)
Pre-Claim Review Submission
Payment posting to patients account
Retrieve Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA's)
Billing Raps (322's) & Final Claims (329's)
Palmetto GBA Uploading Files and Downloading EOB's remittance
Create and print UB92 paper claim invoices
Correct Medicare Return to Provider (RTP) Claims on-line via Medicare FSS system
Good working knowledge of Home Health Medicare regulations, ensuring claims are in
compliance with CMS guidelines with documentation prior to billing
Oasis Submission
Data Entry
Filing
Assist with intake of new patients
Contact personnel as requested
Maintain accurate record of patient
Coordinating Therapy
Direct incoming calls
Maintain files
Data Entry
Generated reports,spreadsheets, labels
File documents
