Job Overview:

Concession staff are responsible for selling concessions to guests at a variety of events, taking orders for
food or beverage, presenting prices and options, processing cash payments, operating food preparation
equipment, and maintaining the stand clean and sanitized.

Responsibilities:

Ability to take and fill orders while delivering prompt and courteous food and beverage service.
Ring up all transactions in the system.
Assist in monthly inventories.
Help set & breakdown concession stand and other areas during shift.
Prepare requisitions when items begin to run low or run out.
Check and stock supplies in counter area and display refrigerators.
Provides friendly, courteous, and professional service to all internal and external
customers/guests, always.
Remove trash and clean garbage containers.
Retains and maintains complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items

Qualifications:

Education/Formal Training
High school education or equivalent.

Experience
Previous experience in similar position preferred.


Knowledge/Skills
Must be able to follow verbal and written instruction and be able to communicate both verbally
and in writing in English.
High energy level and positive attitude.
Reliability, honesty, and integrity.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule and late hours when necessary.
Must have the ability to report to work on time and on a regular basis.
The ability to work outside for long periods of time.
