**PURPOSE OF POSITION:**
RGL Logistics, the company that helps you reinvent logistics by asking ' **WHAT IF** ' to come up with creative solutions that simplify, improve and slash waste, has an opening for a Team Leader - Warehouse/Distribution in Neenah, WI.

**FUNDAMENTAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Training and leading RGL operations' employees in the areas of safety, quality, productivity and positive employee relations
* Providing a continuous improvement approach to enhance desired business results and eliminate waste.
* Motivating the workforce with coaching, feedback, and recognition, and applying disciplinary actions if needed
* Monitoring and maintaining warehouse operations systems (i.e. WMS, LMS, LTO etc.)
* Scheduling and adjusting warehouse personnel to optimize service, productivity, and associate fulfillment.
* Approving time and attendance for employees.
* Following up timely on customer service-related inquiries as needed.
* Following all safety rules and guidelines as it pertains to the position.
* Performing other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

**The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:**
* Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent direct work experience supervising people and processes.
* Forklift experience required.
* 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
* Technologically savvy; proficient in Microsoft office suite.
* Proven organization skills.
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated effective communication skills.
