Luxury Jewelry Customer Service Professional


Job Details

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Efficiently operate the store s office according to all policies and procedures.
  • Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Processing customer transactions.
  • Balance store closing and nightly paperwork.
  • Processing orders, sales and transfers of merchandise.
  • Handling incoming phone calls and responding to general inquiries.
  • Evaluate and document condition of customers merchandise for repair.
  • Inspect merchandise and completed repair for quality control standards.
  • Knowledge of ASC operating system a plus.


Individuals must be able to multi-task and be detailed and number oriented. Teamwork and support for all areas of the store is a must.
