Job Details

Treasury Management Support Associates provide a wide range of professional, technical, product, and general support via email, telephone and in-person interactions to our corporate, small business and personal online banking clients and bank personnel team.

TM Support Associates must be able to communicate technical instructions and concepts in terms the client can understand. Comprehensive knowledge of Online Banking and Treasury Services including an understanding of how ACH, Wires, Positive Pay and Remote Deposit Capture work is required. The TM Support Associate must be able to understand the basic risk ratings for new applications including soft exposure, update and execute support documentation as needed, and provide periodic reviews of client usage to evaluate limits and continued product justification. Candidate must be a self-starter and able to work quickly and efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Strong communication skills in email, telephone and in-person interactions with clients and employees.
  • Maintain and catalogue approval and authorization forms for all access granted to online sub-users and client profiles.
  • Periodic reviews of system sub-user and client profiles and forms to ensure compliance with Regulations and internal controls.
  • Create, delete and update Online Banking and Treasury Services access for corporate sub-users, personal users and clients based on approval forms.
  • General technical service support for Online Banking including Wires, ACH, Positive Pay and Remote Deposit Capture modules, and other services provided by the bank through Electronic Banking.
  • General technical service support for ancillary software and hardware that interfaces with our core system, including but not limited to RDC Scanners, Quickbooks functionality and Mobile Deposit applications.
  • Basic understanding of risk ratings and establishing safe transactional limits for online and electronic transactions.
  • Maintain and update daily tracking forms as necessary.
  • Basic clerical skills including filing, retrieval of documents, proof and edit routine, office correspondence, report and form building and input across all Microsoft Office products.
  • Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations and internal company policies, including but not limited to BSA / Anti-Money Laundering, Fair Lending, Privacy, and Anti-Discrimination, to the extent each applies to current job responsibilities. This includes successfully taking all online compliance training as assigned within specified due dates.
  • Other duties as assigned.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree, four years of college or equivalent
  • Five to seven years of banking experience
  • One to two years of experience in cash management or treasury management fulfillment
  • Must possess positive and professional customer service and sales skills
  • Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Windows environment
  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and employees
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with general supervision while performing duties


Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
  • Automated Clearing House (ACH) experience is highly recommended
  • Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills
  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Exercise accuracy, alertness, good judgment, initiative, courtesy, tact and patience in dealing with customers, both internal and external, as well as vendors/suppliers used by the Bank
  • Ability to analyze customer credit data and other related financial information
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Previous experience in a financial sales representative oriented role
  • Current Driver s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities
